We collect your business name, domain URL, delivery email address, password hash, and optional competitor domains provided during onboarding. We do not sell or share client information with external third parties.
2. Zero Reviewer PII Storage Policy
When aggregating Google Places review feedback for your business or competitors, CEOaware strictly collects aggregate statistics (average star rating, total review count, response rates) and sentiment themes. Individual reviewer names and profile links are never collected, stored, or included in reports.
3. Email Delivery & CAN-SPAM / GDPR Compliance
Weekly executive reports are delivered directly to your registered inbox. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. If you opt out, your email address is added to our compliance suppression table and all automated mailings stop immediately.
4. Security & Data Retention
Client portal credentials and historical snapshot records are stored securely. You may request complete deletion of your account and snapshot history at any time by contacting our support team.
